When I decided to take the first step on the road to Salon Owner, I quickly realized that there wasn't much help or support online, and i wrote it off as an afterthought and just did the best i could with what I knew. Or, as many of us do, I learned as I went.
And boy, I HAVE LEARNED.
SO.
This is my story, and what i've learned (so far). And all of my successes and failures as a business owner.
